About trove24

trove24 is a marketplace for buying and selling secondhand things in Kosovo. People list what they no longer need, other people find it, and the two of them arrange the rest between themselves.

How it works

1

Someone lists an item.

Photos, a description, an honest condition, a price, and the town it is in.

2

A buyer finds it and gets in touch.

Browse by category, search, or narrow by how far you are willing to travel. Messaging happens in the app, so there is a written record of what was agreed.

3

The buyer reserves it.

Reserving holds the item while the seller confirms. If the seller does not respond in time the reservation expires and the item goes back on sale, so nothing sits blocked indefinitely.

4

You meet, pay, and hand it over.

Directly, between the two of you. Afterwards each of you can leave a review, which is what builds a seller's rating over time.

Where it works

Kosovo, for now. Listings carry the town they are in, so you can search within a distance of wherever you are rather than scrolling past things on the other side of the country. Prices are in euro.

What trove24 does not do

Worth being direct about, because it changes how you should use it.

We do not handle payment. There is no checkout, no card on file, no escrow. Buyers and sellers arrange payment themselves, usually cash on delivery or a bank transfer between them, and trove24 never sees it.

We never hold the item. Nothing passes through us. We do not inspect, authenticate, store, or ship anything.

We are not a party to the deal. That means we cannot reverse a payment or force a delivery if something goes wrong between two people.

What we do handle is the platform itself: we act on reports, remove listings that break the rules, and restrict accounts that misuse it. If something looks wrong, tell us.
